Love this place!! Super easy to book and it only takes a few minutes for each session. The lab is so chic and welcoming. Once you’re in the session it’s very straightforward, comfortable and painless - you may feel a little rubber band snap but I barely feel anything. And the results are amazing :) I definitely would recommend it!

Found this place through Groupon - it had successful reviews from POC which was important for me. I booked a session of 6 and had my first yesterday. I was able to get an appointment straight away and the booking process was straightforward. They provided me with all the pre/post care information on booking and went through it all again before the treatment. The treatment itself was very quick and pain free. The technician was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They provided a little aftercare pack which was helpful and I have not had any adverse reactions. I'm looking forward to getting the rest of the treatments done.

Kristina is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. It was my first time getting laser done and she really guided me through the process and made me feel comfortable through every step of the way. She was able to easily address all of my questions/concerns and has great bedside manner. Whether you are new to laser hair removal or have had it done before, I would definitely recommend trying lux laser!
